New Years Paper Plates

Create a New Year’s Eve or New Year’s Day celebration that will be the talk of the town with...paper plates. That's right paper plates. Start by getting Happy New Year’s balloons and filling them with helium. Next print out several years in large numbers on one side of light card stock and glue it to the front of the paper plate. When you purchase some neon light accessories, pass these out to guests as a fabulous party favor.
